MOVE IT OR LOSE IT CLASSES
Keeping physically active in later life is important for many reasons, this improves health and physical activity. Attending an exercise group also provides the opportunity to meet new people.
Here at Riverside Dover we run Move it or Lose it fitness classes every week. These exercises can be completed seated or standing, so everyone can take part regardless of their ability so don’t worry if you haven’t exercised for a while, all exercises can be completed at your own pace.
