Weekly activities
Every day here at the centre we have different activities such as Bingo, quizzes, exercise classes, arts & crafts, knitting/sewing and games.
Take a look below to see what we have on offer. Some activities incur a small charge to cover our costs, however many are also free to join.
Along with our usual activities we have singers and group events for everyone to get involved with. Make sure to also visit our events page.

MONDAY
10:30 am – Yoga – £5
Join an hour long Yoga session
12:15pm – Lunch Club
Come in for a hot meal served at 12:15pm – 2 courses £6.50
1:15 pm – Card Games/other activities – Free to join
Join us for a session of dominoes and other games of your choice, meet like minded people, socialize and enjoy an hour of fun games.
TUESDAY
10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Knit & Natter – Free
Come along and join the our Knit & Natter sessions, where you are chat and meet like minded people. Our informal groups welcome anyone interested in knitting and /or crocheting. All abilities welcome. Although some needles and wool will be available it is advisable to bring your own along.
12:15pm – Lunch Club
Come in for a hot meal served at 12:15pm – 2 courses £6.50
1:15 pm – Bingo – 50p per book
Bingo is a fantastic easy game to play, join us here for our 6 page session of bingo where you can play from just 1 book, we play for 1 line and a full house, prizes include chocolate bars for the line and prize money for the house. Drinks, cakes and snacks available.
WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY
10:45am – 11:15am – Seated Yoga
Join our 1 hour session of seated Yoga, currently free of charge
12:15pm – Lunch Club

FRIDAY
11:00 am – Veronica’s Quiz – Free to join
Join us for our fun 10 question quiz, you can answer the questions on your own or join as part of a team, there will be a prize for the winner.
